Experienced Service Advisor – Automotive
We are seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our team. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their automotive service needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
-Greet customers and assist them in determining their automotive service needs.
-Recommend appropriate service solutions and explain the services in detail.
-Schedule appointments for customers and ensure timely completion of service.
-Provide accurate and detailed estimates for services and obtain customer approval.
-Manage customer service concerns and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.
-Maintain accurate and organized records of customer interactions and service transactions.
-Work closely with service technicians to ensure smooth communication and timely completion of work.
-Meet or exceed customer satisfaction goals and sales targets.
Qualifications:
-2 years of experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive dealership or repair shop.
-Strong customer service and communication skills.
-Ability to multi-task and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
-Familiarity with automotive repair terminology, methods, and procedures.
-Proficiency in using computer software programs, such as automotive service software.
